| How Does Coaching Work?

Acting as a catalyst for positive change, I specialize in
working with high-achievers who are interested in leading
lives of greater wisdom, purpose and effectiveness. My coaching
forms a powerful partnership that helps individuals, teams
and organizations to make real progress toward the realization
of their vision, goals and desires.
Individuals and corporations hire me to inspire them to go
beyond the ordinary and eliminate struggle. Together, we use
powerful insights, curiosity, and humor to generate brave
new worlds of creativity, clarity and action. These results
are produced, as James Allen said, because "People do
not attract that which they want, but that which they are."

How
Does Coaching Work?
The structure of our partnership is flexible, based on your
individual needs and schedule. Generally the process consists
of:
- A complimentary phone conversation to explore possibilities
- An initial two-hour session to create a coaching strategy
- Your customized coaching program is then developed and
presented for your approval
- Regular on-going coaching conversations
Coaching conversations are usually held weekly, lasting from
one half hour to an hour. Depending upon the circumstances,
we can meet face-to-face or by phone. It is also possible
to focus on one specific goal or challenge you are facing,
or on a much broader set of personal or professional issues.
Together we will define the length and frequency that best
supports your intended outcomes.
Once your objectives and needs are identified, fees are then
determined appropriately. |
