Linda brings practical wisdom—gained through 18 years
of corporate experience—to her executive coaching practice.
Her growing client list includes MasterCard
International, as well as executives at Agilent, JPMorgan
Chase and Visa USA .
She has held officer and VP positions at U.S. Bancorp and The Harris Bank of Chicago .
During her tenure at Visa USA, she led an award-winning business development team, negotiating multi-million dollar agreements with Fortune 500 companies such as AT&T, AOL Time Warner and State Farm Insurance. Under her leadership, these industry segments grew three times faster than the card association's overall growth.
Linda attended DePaul University and has done post-graduate work at the University of Chicago 's Graham School of Continuing Education, the American Management Association, and Visa's prestigious Bank Card Management School.
Linda founded On Purpose, LLC with the intention of supporting clients to expand their vision of what is possible and achieve their goals with ease and purpose. She is a graduate of the one-year Integral Coaching Program at New Ventures West, which is accredited by the International Coaching Federation. She is an active member of the Professional Coaches and Mentors Association.
In January of 2004, Linda was selected as one of "The Worlds Greatest Business Mentors," an honor bestowed to only 50 professionals internationally. The award recognizes Linda's unique contribution and skills as an executive coach. Her designation as one of The World Greatest Business Mentors is highlighted by inclusion in a book by the same name, planned as a Spring 2004 release.
Linda lives in Mill Valley, California with her husband, Bob and his two teenagers, Christine and Will. She is an avid hiker, yoga practitioner, gourmet cook, and writer. |
